For movie lovers, Sunday, June 2 marks the perfect opportunity to hear one of the Northwest's most-beloved professional large brass ensembles play some of the world's greatest movie music.

From Silverado and Star Trek to The Lion King and A Bug's Life, the Big Horn Brass salutes Cinematic Composers in all their glory. In the first concert of their landmark 30th season, this sixteen-member ensemble will rock downtown Portland's historic Old Church. It's a family-friendly concert that combines the power and precision of Jerry Goldsmith with the playfulness of Henry Mancini, Alan Menken and Randy Newman through the years, all done as only the Big Horn Brass can.
